Our pilot project—three decades in the making.

We have long called for a rebuilding of Penn Station in the manner of the original McKim Mead & White design. Now, together with ReThink NYC, we offer three variations ranging from a total rebuild to one which leaves 2 Penn Plaza and Madison Square Garden in place.
